Plans
One personal plan. Clear pricing.
Operator Personal helps someone at home stay connected to the people and interests they love.
Questions about paying
The things people ask before they sign up.
Who should create the account?
Create the account for the person who will use Operator. If you are helping a family member, use their phone number or email so Operator can recognize them when they call. A family member can enter their card during setup, but billing access stays with that Operator account.
What is included in Operator Personal?
One membership gives the person using Operator a line that always answers, plain-language help, and ways to connect with family, friends, and the interests they love.
Can I pay monthly or yearly?
Yes. Choose monthly or yearly when you sign up. The yearly membership is paid up front and works out cheaper per month.
Is there a contract?
Monthly memberships are month to month and you can cancel whenever you like. Yearly memberships are paid up front for the year.
What happens if they call a lot?
We will never cut a call short, and we will not send a surprise invoice. To keep the service reliable for everyone, each plan includes a generous daily usage allowance, and higher plans are available for people who want to use Operator more often. If a plan stops fitting, we will talk to you about it first.
Does it cost my parent anything to call?
The Operator number is an ordinary phone number, so whatever their phone plan charges for a normal call applies. For most landline and mobile plans in the US that is nothing.
Can I try it before I commit?
and we can walk you through how Operator works and answer questions about setting it up for yourself or a family member.
We run a care community. How is that priced?
Facilities are not part of the Operator Personal membership. Tell us about your community and we will come back with the right setup, pricing, and compliance paperwork.
Setting this up for a care community?
